In the bustling heart of Nashville's iconic Broadway, we embarked on a mission to extend the magic of RecFest into the evening hours.
Together with Humanly, we designed a Happy Hour experience that would not only enhance attendee engagement but also foster authentic connections in an informal, after-hours setting.

We transformed Assembly Food Halls' rooftop into a backdrop for meaningful connections with elegant florals. Our bespoke cocktails, like the 'Ethical AI Elixir' and 'Humanly Highball,' ignited conversations.
Plus, a custom photo booth, complete with branded photo strips, became a cherished keepsake, sparking discussions and boosting brand recognition.
The Results
Our endeavors spoke volumes: a robust community of 175 attendees came together to forge lasting connections, creating a vibrant community around Humanly and each other. RecFest attendees dubbed our event as the highlight of the festival and a must-attend party.
This achievement was further underscored when it caught the attention of the esteemed HR newsletter 'This Week, In Recruiting', which highlighted our event as the ultimate RecFest gathering that made the strongest impression.
